No - the Friday meeting with analysts was never about AV. It was scheduled weeks ago to review CPQ's total plans and performance. It may now include discussion of AV, but only as an item on the list. My question was whether there is a CC on Wednesday to explain earnings, specifically. Or are they not going to explain earnings until Friday's meeting. Also is there CC number. Is there a special number for overseas callers. Upgrades - which will probably be incremental (because most analysts are already positive towards COMPAQ) will need guidance from the company and the CC is one of the ways this guidance is usually given. If there is no CC and they have to wait until Friday, then perhaps upgrades will be postponed to Friday and the following week.
