How many of these are unclear to you? Do you understand the basis for these points? The documented problems with VLNC: 1. low financial resources; 2. heavy competition; 3. poor record of execution; 4. management turnover; 5. absence of analyst recommendations despite a December trip to Ireland; 6. the factual statements in the 10Qs and Ks, as distinguished from disclaimers and legal boilerplate. 7. No CFO for months. If you truly understand and are comfortable with each of the problems listed above, take your chances.
