Michael: I don't think we know how much of the Q4 '97 (and before?) revenues were "unreal," do we? I think we made .42 in Q4 '97. I think if CPQ could match that number, without the channel stuffing, that would "do it."

It should mean that if CPQ did come in @ .37 it would be a gain NOT a 20% loss.

I don't understand this, but I do agree that .44 would be BLOW OUT!
