The company's stock has been beaten down recently, partly due to a pile of the usual law suits that emerge whenever a stock starts going down. "How many lawyers will fit into a cyclotron?" We took the volume of the vacuum tank on the IBA machine in use by Theragenics, and divided it by the volume of the average man (6'1", 185 lbs) and came up with 3.9 attorneys per cyclotron. TGX has seven fully functional machines, so if we use them all, we can eliminate 27 attorneys. We then calculated another idea. Suppose we give the lawyers an enema before placing them into the machine? If we do that, each attorney occupies approximately the volume of a matchbox, enabling us to place every lawyer in the US into fewer than two cyclotrons, thereby allowing continued Pd-103 production on the remaining machines.
