Mark, Check out this old post on OPEN. I noticed it said that OPEN's GTAM/HSSI DS-3 routers "will be used for high-speed (up to 45 Megabits per second -- Mbps) Internet services including PSINet IntraNet." 45 Mbs is extremely fast.
