Since they all dropped, I would focus on the FCC ruling. This is a n area where I won't comment, because I have no idea the impact or the scope. The one thing I will say is the FCC has dragged it's feet on allowing competition at the local level. You might want to focus in on the ruling and see if the govt. allowed more competition there and undercut the sweet spot in the baby bells earnings. ---- Dave
