Bii has to trade with an average of $5.00 US. for 30 business days before it can be listed on the regular Nas.

This is the minimun required by the board of Nasdaq

Just took a look at stockwatch forum for the post,unfortunatly he did not receive a email he was referring to the yahoo message about that email. I do not think I would get to excited just yet until we get more proof!!!!!!!!!!
