There is no such e-mail. The CEO of a TSE-listed company would not be putting out an e-mail that discusses material changes to a shareholder , but I'm not surprised that so many on this thread would be foolish enough to believe this.

As it pertains to a possible Nasdaq listing, you can forget for quite some time, it's not going to happen, at least not on the Nasdaq National Market. BII does not meet three different listing requirements: 1. minimum bid price, 2. net tangible assets, 3. pretax income of $1 million.

To meet the minimum bid price requirement they would have to trade at or near CND$10 for a period exceeding one month just to be considered. They might meet the net tangible asset requirement of US$7.5 million because of the recent $10 million issue they did, but they burned through almost $5 million last quarter and would likely need another issue just to meet this requirement. As far as the pretax income of $1 million requirement, keep dreaming.

As you can see, it's not on.

P.S. The person or persons trying to mislead investors(?) with postings about secret e-mails and the like, is on notice that this sort of manipulative tactic is not without consequences.
