Man---I hope your right, it sounds to good to be true. At this point all I want to get back is what I lost. Just like everyone else. Im still hanging on, and all I got to loose now is more losses, which dosent sit too well with me, but what the hell....
Im sticking this thing out for a while longer. Are there supposed to be any major announcements soon.... You mentioned Cymer. Since I sold my holding in that at a loss also, I havent been following it,,,,So what are they being sued for???? Same crap!!!!

Well we are all entitled to our opinion. But there have been more than a handful of companies that have lost suits with far less weighing against them. Regardless of what *might* happen if they enter the internet business the facts still speak for themselves. What you're suggesting is mere conjecture. Zapata has already made their announcement of pending internet re-entry and it really hasn't brought them within the 24.00 high they experienced the first time around. Your theory is sound but unfortunately it will probably be just the ammunition that lawyers will need to beat them up with. Had they been more specific about their re-introduction then they may have stood a chance.
