IDTC- the post below made me drool! Timeframe- I don't know for sure, but the IPO/spinoff should move the stock and the company said it would happen for sure in its last conference call. New website opens Feb. 1, the fist multimedia search engine! On the IDTC thread it sounds like a few weeks to a few months. However, if word gets out on this one- it will be the biggest mover IMO in the next i-nut run. Steve Harmon of the Internet Stock Report must own this one since it seems he's been writing about it every other day lately. Investment firms downgraded this one in the past few weeks (profits down but revenues way up), just before the launch of their new site. Can you say manipulation? I bet they'll buy low for their funds and we'll see an upgrade soon. BTW, I also read on Raging Bull that the CEO owns 38% of the outstanding shares himself. Okay, here's the post.

Thanks for the update Jeff, maybe its time to get rid of most of the "free shares"!! I haven't seen the website yet... can you post the link so I can check it out??

Thanks,

CB

Jeff... I looked the website over and lame or not, they are going to take the same path as eBay as far as what they offer up for auction.... as you may recall, many other auction sites are up and trading on the exchanges... let's take Greg Manning Auctions for instance... all they offer are rare stamps and sports memorabilia and their stock is trading at $11.00+/share. As I see it, AMIG could be a bigger diamond in the rough in the near future, albeit they defintely need to spice up their website... seems to garageborn. All in all, I see some big advances for American Imaging over the next 6-12 months.

Anyways, I'm still going to hold this one for awhile. Anyone interested in looking at the website, here is the link : amigdot.com

Take Care,

CB
