Shares to go to CPQ shareholders. But which shareholders - the ones holding shares today or at some specified future date. If the latter, this could be a huge incentive for people to buy CPQ shares before that date.

When Michael mentions $5 billion and $3-5 a share I'm assuming he is talking about the potential value that shareholders would realise if they sold their shares?
