Interactive Telesis has sustainable high profit margins (60 to 70%).

No offense intended, but this is absolute bullshit. They discuss high gross margins which is a result of their lack of ability to properly allocate costs to revenues. So everything is dumped into SG&A. So at the end of the day the "true" profits dissapear.

First of all JMT, those were not my opinions. Those 10 points are from a friend of mine who has a substantial position. But I agree with him.

Profits have been used for building the Frontier system, the Quest system in Denver plus new Internet replay systems. Programmers are required to write the code. Their cost alone range from 35 to 70.00 per hour depending on the caliber of programmer.

Let the earnings get dumped back into the company for the future. Earnings will follow.

Still bullish and buying
