What we all would like to see is stock prices dropping on low volume along with prices rising on high volume. This is extremely bullish. This is what I believe we have with stocks like SLB, RON, and RIG(just started trading this one). These are my favorites and have done quite well with them in past 4 months.

Expect volume to increase with a rise in price tomorrow with release of good API numbers...at least that is my strategy.<g>

I agree with X, stock usually bottoms and selling dries up with lower than average vol after a significant selloff...
