There is a bit of confusion about this whole RMC thing in my mind. This is my understanding, so please feel free to fill in with any facts here.

There are 2 RMC's. 1. Realty Mortgage Corp. and 2. Realty Money Centers

There are 2 Dave's: 1. Dave Weschler and 2. Dave Williams

Realty Money Centers is said to be a joint venture between Realty Mortgage Corp's Dave Weschler and Dave Williams. So I presume that they each have 50% ownership.

Now PanAm has announced that they are going to acquire this "joint" venture. So just what is it that they are going to acquire with these shares?

Sounds to me like they are going to leave the two Daves with a lot of shares, but exactly what assets do they get in return for these shares. It appears that Realty Mortgage Corp. continues as a separate entity, so their assets are not involved. There has been great fanfare about how they have done $500M or $800M last year, despite the apparent irrelevance of it, as the references appear to be for Realty Mortgage Corp.
