Hi, I agree with your comments and am surprised that this thread is so quiet during such a runup. Unfortunately, I do not have any news that would account for this continuing rise, I don't think that the upgrade is the only reason. So, please, anyone who has relevant info let's hear it, and let's hope this continues! Barbara B.

I haven't seen any news other than the recent recommendation by Merrill Lynch. AFFX has behaved like this in the past, mysterious run-ups without any news. Personally, I'd like to see this stock just creep up without attracting the sort of rabid attention the internets are drawing. That can only end badly. This industry looks to have a huge future, and patience with this stock and its competitors will be greatly rewarded. Just enjoy the run and buy the big dips.
