Tom Kennedy put on a 1/2 hr promo talk during lunch hour Sunday at the Vancouver investment conference. He was given a tiny room that only held about 25 people.Very few questions were asked. Most of his talk was typical mgm't rah rah,ie,quality of the team, quality of the property, etc. He did comment on the recent drilling as only intended to provide some underground data to feed into the deposit model currently being developed. In his words, this was not the drilling program, that is yet to come. The report is expected to be digested by the 3rd or 4th week of Feb and a decision on follow-up activity will be then be made.
He did state, with evident pleasure, that RKR has signed confidentiality agreements with 3 majors who are possibily interested in JVing the property. He was clear to point out that RKR was approached by the majors,RKR has not shopped the property.
In a general discussion at the RKR booth regarding the BC settlement claim he offered the opinion that he would be in discussions with the designated Gov't officials within days, not months.
He also suggested, tongue in cheek, that I would not be able to buy Rock at these prices in the very near future. (ggg)
All in all,he gave a polished and confident presentation as would be expected.

Regards, J.P.Campbell
