Spidey, I've been really trying hard to figure out the DTC's role in all of this. As I understand it, this whole matter just boils down to a contractual dispute between Mann and AZNT. Only when that is resolved can any action be taken against anybody. For example, if someone writes you a bad check for his gym membership, you have to sue the person, not the bank, and first get a judgment before you can collect. Even more complex is that the DTC merely shuffles shares electronically between brokerages and thus is yet another step removed from this whole affair. Are you saying, like Anti, this is one big conspiracy? Since you state you are a research specialist, how about researching the DTC. Corrupt or what? #reply-6146226 - Jeff

And why have "none" got out? Ask Mike Sylver. He won't let 'em. He's his own TA and imagines that he can do what he wants. But sorry: there ARE those who've got out. Unfortunately not the people who bought restricted shares--with high hopes--to begin with. YOU haven't succeeded in getting out? Maybe you're less important than you think. in fact some of that, like doumanis's stock , was the cancelled stock of andy mann. he will never see that stock. Some of what? Which Doumanis? Who will "never see that stock"? What stock? You really should be more careful, Spideybuns. Remember, as you've told us: you are very stupid guy. Considering how much stock's been "cancelled" by now, it's a wonder AZNT doesn't have negative outstanding.

Heeeeyyyyy spidey, I was reading something by Daisetz Teitato Suzuki - 'The Doctrine of No-Mind' and you come to mind. I have no idea why - other than the title - and I think I have your problem solved. I think you are a little close to mikeys hsin and a little too far from ching.
