Well without commenting as to whether this has been left ambiguous on purpose or not, it has never been explained. I think instead they have relied on the perception that Realty Mortgage Corp, owned by Charles Anthony Myers and Tommy F. Taylor, Jr. and have been doing those reported sales volumes, wholly unverifiable btw. But you are right in pointing out that it is not at all clear what assets are being purchased with these PRWT shares. Of course with financial filings there might be some hope to unravel what was going on, but we know their attitude on doing that.
