Maurice, not to go on but I too think Gregg is being awfully understanding/forgiving of Jerkysson. I've always been amazed at their conduct not so much because of its unethicality (?) but because it seemed to me that it left them potentially so exposed. Do they not have a fiduciary responsibility to provide honest information respecting their status and operations to the investment community at large? How much will current and future shareholders potentially lose by believing their false claims regarding W-CDMA and their own ability to provide a viable 3G solution? And what about the customers who based their expensive plans on these false claims?

One thing is for sure. If that little San Diego company comes to any agreement or arrangement with Jerkysson, they better base no aspect of it on trust or good faith and better always always watch their back.

BTW, looks pretty thin to me too. I agree about the need for some pizazz though. They should take a design characteristics cue from the iMac.
