Sorry,

<<..the considered judgement of the vast majority of the country..>>

That vast majority of the country has made it clear that they really don't care. They don't think the issues of this case are important enough to give their considered judgement. Their response to the question is more of a, "why rock the boat" and "look at our economy," than anything to do with considered judgements about this case.

The people who have strong feelings about this case are grinding a political ax to attempt lopping off some RRW threat to their prize social issue. The other activists are merely party dependants or patriots on either side. No one is defending bc on principle. His position is unprincipled. The best thing he's got going for him is the comfort of the status quo in the homes of the vast, fat, lazy, apathetic, majority who don't give a hoot, and most of all hate change. Change takes gumption.

Yup. I suppose to a moral relativist like you the fact that our President has committed perjury and obstructed justice is no big deal. Your morals may be in your wallet but mine are not. Since neither myself nor many of my principled Republican brethren fail to be deterred from seeking the truth, you and your pathetic ilk must vilify and label us wackos etc. Typical liberal tactics. They constitute the politics of personal destruction which your hero gives lip service to being against. Perhaps your comments were unguarded but they do reveal your true agenda. I don't hate Clinton, I despise him. I despise him because he is much too small for the important job he was elected to do. He is not the type of man our founders envisioned for the job anymore than Richard Nixon was. I despise him because he is unable to accept responsibility for his mistakes and he will say ANYTHING in the most hypocritical fashion to maintain his power. This is the hallmark of a true coward. He is not fit to represent us on the world stage nor to command our armed forces. He must be removed as a matter of good political hygiene. Its time we all admit we made a mistake and send him back to Hope where he belongs. Finally, I have absolutely no problem being in the alleged "minority" on this issue. Unlike you or your hero, I do believe that principles matter and I will stay true to my beliefs about what is appropriate character and fitness for a President and what conduct warrants removal from office. These are not principles which should be compromised for political expediency. True justice can not be meted out by relation to opinion polls. JLA
