I heard that PSFT has a good management team. With almost every software companies reporting good earning, I can not believe PSFT will not surprise to the upside. When we have the good earning surprise, the Street will pile on and we will have a pop for sure. SAP had a decent pop today.

Will, if you recall PSFT met expectations in the 3rd quarter. The problem was future growth, and the fact that they had back-tracked from previously bullish remarks. And in the comments accompanying the income statement they were very uncertain about future growth because of polls and census work with IT managers. They didn't pre-announce earnings because earnings were in line with estimates. Furthermore, they were in a quiet period at the time. That precludes them from making remarks unless they have something material and specific to say. But if you look at the statement made during in the 3rd quarter earnings statement they specifically said they were reducing estimated growth because of uncertainty.
