"I believe he is a "short" plant...The reverse psychology play"

The most common theory is that he is mentally ill. There is of course some merit to your hypothesis (one I have seen expressed many times by others).

If you will notice, david seems to get more obnoxious and confrontational when the price is moving up. He will move the conversation away from the real issues by making personal attacks and absurd accusations. A classic example of this is a few weeks ago when TAVA started moving from the mid 5's to the mid 8's. He became so belligerent and profane that he was temporarily suspended from SI.

When the stock gets good press and begins to attract new investors, he goes into his paranoid psychotic mode, disrupts the thread, annoys and threatens longs and potential longs to the point that many want nothing to do with the stock. A reading of some of the recent posts will verify this. It is a far more subtle tactic than Wexler's yelling "fraud" repeatedly, but more effective.

We may never know what it is that motivates him, but regardless of the reasons, be they chemical imbalance or malicious intent, he is here to stay and we might as well learn to live with him until he is permanently removed from SI or is institutionalized.

Regardless, recognize him as either a sick person who should be pitied or as a manipulator who should be ignored.

"I believe he is a "short" plant" exactly my thinking. He has the same persistent pattern as the others. As the others, he blocks the board from intelligent discourse and crawls under your skin.
