I wish I had the expertise to answer your question. Others here may know more about HEC than I. If they still have significant cash assets, they probably still have a fighting chance to prove up this field.SEV has had more technical difficulty,actually they have frittered away 1998 almost entirely on screwups in the field. Both these investments remain high risk,high reward,IMO.
