HPD, since you just read it, and I dread diving into that monster again, perhaps you could comment further on "Mr. Hayton's present involvement". I haven't compared all of the amended versions of the filing, but at least the first one couldn't make up it's mind whether the Investor's Preferred was sold to Netvest or to an offshore firm (can't remember the name right now). (It said different things in different parts of the filing.) This is an important point, because if it was sold to Netvest, it will give Netvest voting control of the company.
