>>HPD, since you just read it, and I dread diving into that monster again, perhaps you could comment further on "Mr. Hayton's present involvement".<<

The stuff about Hayton would be in the range from about p. 85 to page 100 or so ...

From memory, he owns less than 2% of Netvest, has unstated ownership in any of the many other shareholders of Netvest, has some capacity with Asian Pacific Trust, an IRISH company, and has advisory capacity to about everything, including the recent executive recruitments ... I believe (from memory) that Netvest will hold about 6 million and Asian Trust 10 million of the resulting 28 million or so shares (of 125 million authorized!), or in other words about 60% of the resulting company ... Duckman and ESVS have been hijacked at high noon for some quite decent lucre!

there are HUGE cash and share obligations to several entities, including BFL, Russell and others coming up as early as February and out as far as 2003 ... don't go looking for earnings per share in the black any time soon ...

before 1998, when the old Zulu was racking up those 1 billion impressions a month, NOBODY took down compensation in excess of $100,000 ... now Russell and Chmiel are in the $400,000 range BEFORE lucrative stock options

but it could still be a stock play ...

>>>I haven't compared all of the amended versions of the filing, but at least the first one couldn't make up it's mind whether the Investor's Preferred was sold to Netvest or to an offshore firm (can't remember the name right now). (It said different things in different parts of the filing.)<<<

JT, what have you written above, more distortion? How about citing the specific filing, the specific page and the specific paragraph of "the first one" and please indicate where and what you are alluding to refers to that is an "offshore firm."
