mktbuzz: I don't doubt that you may have a point there. Some of those insiders have a cost basis of $0.77.

I imagine they have and are trying to contact as many potential partners, customers, distributors or what have you. What would impress those types more so than a working model however would be a balance sheet that told them ALYA would be able to deliver.
