dtc negotiates stipulation to case with aznt to be dropped from case if they lift freeze. they do not honor the agreement. This is a pretty serious accusation. Was this agreement in writing? I hope you can back it up. - Jeff

Spidey, the FBN legal team is getting kinda mad at me. I told them to expect some action last week (hey, you said we'd be served last Tuesday #reply-7357337). Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday... nothing, nada. But you kept assuring me, so I promised them it would be this week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday... zippo, zilch. How embarrassing. Kinda like how Anti, Rico, Hogger, and Petry must feel waiting for your promised squeeze to come true. oH wELL. - Jeff
