Perhaps you can pay him a visit at Mountain View HQs. Both hands on his shoulders and your foot against his back and just maybe you can help the guy get his head out of his you know what.

RT.....20 years on the patent....and I believe they have not filed any paperwork for approval in Japan. The first step on Japan is to signup a partner to distribute MUSE then the paperwork will follow.
PFE got approval in Japan in 6 months for Viagra.
