My point was, and is, that you have thrown together a bunch of unrelated issues and hurled them as a united assault against this company. If you question merger-related accounting issues (one that you admit to knowing nothing about), I would agree with you to the extent that they produce distorted earnings. If you complain about employee stock options, again I would agree with you to the extent that they produce distorted financial statements. But now, having admitted that you don't know your way around financial statements, why do hurl unfounded charges based on those statement which you don't understand? And why do you allow your personal animus against Clinton to enter into this discussion? Given your ignorance of matters financial, perhaps you would be wise to understand a little bit about capital asset valuation. It is based on several parameters: expectations of future free cash flows, perceived riskiness of those cash flows, and long-term risk-free interest rates. The first two inputs are not easily arrived at, so your glib contention about valuation I refuse to give any fundamental justification to cisco's current stock price. is perhaps rooted in your ignorance of these issues. I suggest you immerse yourself in the company's 10-Ks and 10-Qs for awhile, and read appropriate scholarly material on the issues of valuation before coming on this thread spewing ill-thought out and irrelevant nonsense.
