<<But now, having admitted that you don't know your way around financial statements, why do hurl unfounded charges based on those statement which you don't understand? >>
This is a selective assault. I also said I read a lot of opinions on bothsides. Opinions from whom I consider knowledgeable people. If my inference of your remark is correct, if a person is an accountant he has no right to form an opinion on engineering issues or vice versa.

<<Given your ignorance of matters financial, perhaps you would be wise to understand a little bit about capital asset valuation. It is based on several parameters: expectations of future free cash flows, perceived riskiness of those cash flows, and long-term risk-free interest rates. The first two inputs are not easily arrived at, so your glib contention about valuation I refuse to give any fundamental justification to cisco's current stock price. is perhaps rooted in your ignorance of these issues.>>

May be I am ignorant. May be not. I happen to read the history of financial euphoria and the ensuing crashes and depressions. I happen to believe that we are in a bubble and I also firmly believe that this bubble will be pricked just like any one else. In case you haven't noticed, I gave a lot of credit to cisco as a company. Where we disgree the most is about valuation. You think you are right and I think I am right. There will be certain time windows both of us will be right. Another point is a good company doesn't mean one can pay an arm and a leg to buy its shares. You can call that ignorance or whatever you like.

Anyhow, thanks for showing civility in disagreement. I will let you have the last word.
