I have a call in to Paul Henry. I also want to know where the filing is or isn't. I have been assured on numerous occasions all rules have been followed. Just got called back (took less than 5 minutes) and Paul is calling Denver to find out details from our legals. He doesn't know. There might be an answer tomorrow for me. He did state in definite terms there is absolutely no selling being done and they can't until registrations are done. That must be approved by the SEC and also some document from TSIG before any selling can take place. He says this is still months away. Best I can do for now.
