You have to register with the SEC then Mr.D!

The last time I saw this situation addressed (different stock), I think the consensus was that the percentage owned is figured against the total authorized- not the float. Therefore Mr.D is quite safe- at least at this point. If he continues to buy, however, then...<gg>
