Rachel, How do you know that employee moral stinks? Do you work for the company? If so, are you on the MCI or WorldCom side?

I agree! The only thing the workers see going well is the stock price. The extra workload for many individuals has finally eliminated the last vestiges of loyalty. I'll continue to do my part to increase shareholder equity but the guys at the top need to remember that you need resources to service our wonderful customer base.
