I see they have 2 classes of stock - but even with 40 million you have $9.25 in cash left over after debt + $57.75 of ownership interest in the spinoff -- total of $67 ! that is book value without including any other subsidiary (cable in asia or south america) and assuming that the IPO price remains at $30 and that the IPO does not go up which I highly doubt- with Morgan Stanley etc and MSFT involved . Thus you have a base of at least 67 as a book value. - stock has to be worth over $100 Here is the news release which clearly states it will be on NASDAQ as well as European markets: biz.yahoo.com
