Thanks for the information on HEC's cash position. If I learn more I will share. With regard to the quake, Columbia is going to be financially strapped with slowing economies in Latin America, pressures on their currency, and now the earthquake reparations. I read in the newspaper this morning that the Columbian president pledged $12.5 million to rebuild housing in the areas of destruction. This seems like peanuts. Anyway, this all made me think that the Government could benefit from the revenues of newly discovered oil in their country and perhaps would facilitate efforts to produce it. Would this give HEC a stronger bargaining position, I don't know?
