In the marketing mode, I found an interesting link from a radio show called "Let's Talk Computers". It is an interview with Adaptec's Director of Product Marketing, Jim Comstock. Recorded on 7 Nov 98 and titled "The SCSI Connection: SCSI Cards." The clip requires Real Audio and runs for about 12 1/2 minutes. Basically, it is a low-key discussion of SCSI cards, specifically Adaptec SCSI cards, and would be a useful review for the SCSI novice. Since the interview, Adaptec has introduced a couple other SCSI models, one of which does not slow down to the slowest peripheral, and the prices Comstock quotes have dropped a bit since then.
