Rick: My first step is to make formal inquiry of the S.E.C.. I want to document that there is no substance to his allegations. This being the case , I'll sit down with Counsel and try to determine what will be the most expeditious route to take. Keep in touch with this board. Thanks for the offer. Did you get your proxies? No? Neither did anyone else. Looks like all we get this time is another pile of photocopied press releases just like last time. No annual report either and less than a month until the meeting. TSK, TSK, you know since Bat starts with a B they will be in the first group top be delisted for non-compliance. So do you have three SI accounts to run your scam now or are you just using aliases? I guess you got really embarrassed and lost the Alaskan one eh? Sheriff Guano rides again!!! Maybe you should contact the American Civil Liberties Union and see if they will give you some legal aid. HAHAAHAH!!!!!!! By the way Ron Holland told me he could not disclose information on the Ford Contour because the SEC would not let him. The SEC did not respond to my inquiry concerning this. But since that was in JUNE!!!!!!! I was rather surprised to find the SEC was still involved in BAT's everyday operations. As a matter of fact (well, comedy anyway) I heard the SEC is going to open a branch office in Chula Vista just to handle all the complaints. HAHAAAHA!!!
