Tom SPX 3:00 is interday t-proj..... Also have a note that 3:00 corresponds to a t-proj due date from some time back....didn't copy it down. These Time projections are windows of movement.... Opportunity for movement Probability of movement It can also mark a pivot point...especially off a further out fork Usually markets go opposite the trend going into the time marked Sometimes they pause and continue the established trend Often bigger moves may take some time to develope It means at 3:00 the market will move.....my observations tell me that it always does move....being that a larger fork from the past is here to visit at 3:00...the move might be more substantial.
