JUST SPOKE WITH AARON SERRUYA

Pursuant to some of the concerns of management in-fighting, we took Telecomguy's advice and went looking for the hard evidence. It is now 4:00 PM and we have just concluded a telephone conversation with Aaron Serruya, in which we asked about the validity of these claims.

Mr. Serruya has asked Agora to quote him as follows:

"Our relationship with Richard Smith is like no other. He is like a fourth brother who has joined the company. He thinks the way we do, he is equally aggressive but he also adds a lot more experience to the team. Our relationship is incredible and anyone who would say otherwise is truly misinformed."

Wendy, Telecomguy, Yogi et al. we would also like to add the fact that we have dealt with Aaron Serruya and management for three years now and he was nothing but completely forthright in his comments. Would Mr. Serruya air his dirty laundry if there was any? No, he wouldn't come out and say it directly but we all learn to read other people and how they really feel. For what it is worth, we don't see one shred of evidence to support the allegations of in-fighting.

Have a great day.

Regards,
AGORA
