Seriously though, if CBNR was the "spinner" out of the Union shares wouldnt they have spun it directly to the s/h?? as opposed to into cyberspace with Curton bearing the responsibility for distribution. Michael John? Are there attorneys out there who can comment? Phone number for Union??
