Clinton's doing Clinton's greatest achievment is that he is not stopping the process. 150 years ago Mexico was the technological equivalent of the United States. 100 years ago they failed to be a part of the technology revolution of it's day and still remain decades behind. Another President, such as Dole, or Bush, or heaven forbid Reagan, would have pushed and fought to keep America just the way it was. We could end up looking to France or Japan for inspiration in the next 50 years. TP
