I'd guess compensation for officers. Lots of companies do that when they can't pay. I own FTEL and Frank, the founder, has about 10 mil. plus alone. Stock is currency to these guys.

Gary: What Buy Back are you talking of ? I saw one in the news for MDIN yet nothing for NPEC was realsed. If there is a buy back plan for NPEC the first one would be 6 million since Nov 98 the second one would be 4 million just before that and they could work on the rest after that. What is very interesting is that bit of NO NEWS to tell we investors where it went from Nov 98' that's about 90 days and the block of stock before it goes back, way back without news on where it went. I would like to see a little honesty from NPEC on some of this before I buy any more stock in the firm. I care not to elaborate at this time on the recient accumulation yet I think it's easy to see minupulation over the trading volume of the past week by MM's or something of the dark force. Time to call Luke Sky Walker and learn from a pro. I wonder did FISHING SEASON OPEN THIS WEEK? and who's the fish?
