With respect to the "real world" maybe ATF should do a private placement specifically to raise funds for "greasing" the wheels of government authourities to approve the projects at a faster pace. I would imagine that a lot of governmental decisions not only in Mexico, Thailand, China but around the world depend on whose palms are greased so to speak. If you're caught the worst that happens is that you get thrown out of office. Most of the time it is considered as a business "gift". Not all decisions are based on merit IMO.

John l - thanks for your post. guess you can all figure how I go about reading the postings - backwards. man, try to follow the BII site!!!
have copied and will read with interest.
IMHO - surely it's financing 101 to say, support (not pump 'n dump)the stock with strong IR, and that way you'll minimize the dilution that had occurred to this stock in the past. I know I could have, maybe, and I know I bought before and after the private financing, but I would have liked to buy at a buck. Don.

Thanks for the reference John. Its good to see that ATF is in for the long haul. I could not guess at the real world time line for development, but it seems the wheels are definitely churning and they seem like pretty darn big wheels. I am sure we will be hearing more. - Timester
