LOL! I doubt very seriously that Mr. Topstock had to do much more than read this thread.

No credible PR company would step into these deals after reading what the people on this thread discovered... deceptive business practices (such as claiming a BB stock "trades on the NASDAQ", which is an outright lie) would be a nice way to put it. I've never seen a PR firm do the kind of investigation that was done on this thread. Not to say they don't, but I've never seen it.

And not to say this Topstock dude is credible, I don't know one way or the other, but his backpedal was handled pretty well, IMHO.

I've done the same kind of DD myself, on other BB stocks, and gotten branded as a "paid shorter", a "child molester", and other such nonsense for my trouble, by the idiots that buy these kinds of stocks.

This is the kind of stuff that the NASD looks into as a matter of course before they list a stock, and that's why I never buy (or short) a BB stock.
