"CyBerBroker and Trading Places Sign Marketing Agreement"

Austin, TX. (January 27, 1999) -- CyBerBroker, an electronic brokerage firm utilizing the CyBerTrader online trading platform, has entered into a joint marketing agreement with Trading Places, a facilitator of trader training and trader communications on the Internet.

The agreement means CyBerBroker clients will have access to a major day trader community and Trading Places will benefit from having the CyBerTrader electronic trading platform.

"These communities of electronic traders have formed over the past few years on the Internet," said Philip R. Berber, founder and CEO of CyBerCorp, an electronic trading technology group and parent company to CyBerBroker, its wholly owned electronic brokerage subsidiary.

"Over the same period, CyBerCorp developed CyBerTrader, the leading electronic trading platform. A year ago, CyBerBroker executed its first trade on the Internet. We recognize the role of day trader communication forums and Internet sites and view Trading Places as a growing and highly regarded online training resource and place for day traders to communicate."

Trading Places customers will benefit from the CyBerTrader platform, which facilitates executions and confirmations within seconds. These customers will also receive CyBerTrader's stock price alerts, complimenting Trading Places' existing stock picks service. Chris Rea, founder of Trading Places (http://www.trading-places.net/), also welcomed the deal, pointing out that Trading Places is developing relationships with "industry leaders that compliment" what his company has to offer. "Our objective is to become THE financial portal for day trading," Rea said.

One of the things that made Trading Places attractive to CyBerCorp was the responsible approach the company takes to trader training. Trading Places offers an advanced training curriculum as well as a beginner-intermediate one to help make sure that the trader is fully prepared. Beginner and intermediate traders have access to the "intermediate" trading desk, which includes an ongoing, "all-inclusive" program of learning the correct way to day trade, while at the same time holding the hands of the traders and assisting them with each and every call.

CyBerCorp, founded in 1995, has recently been in the news for its December launch of CyBerTrader 1.7 and, in January, a new price server, which speeds the exchange of data between the markets and those investors using CyBerTrader. During the first quarter of 1999, the company will launch CyBerX, a next-generation trading platform for active online investors.

CyBerTrader is now used by almost 1,000 active online investors and day traders and online investors both within day trading rooms and via the Internet. CyBerCorp's web site is cybercorp.com.
