You make an interesting point, and it bears consideration. The quality of a telephony system is no better than the weakest link in the system. It's rather like viewing the highest quality digital image on a system than cannot resolve all the detail within the image. Having said that, are there readers here who can say with certainty that the CDMA technology for space-based communication being launched by Qualcomm will be fully realized by Globalstar?
