Kim, Thank you for that clarification on assay as well as the overview of the nature of the mining industry as it relates to "new" methods. On the latter point, the non-conventional aspect of the FL has obviously been the single largest contributor to the agonizingly slow progress. Not only has the "experimentation" phase taken much longer than anyone thought possible, but the work that was done and the progress that was made was all suddenly suspect once Ledoux's work was shown to be "inaccurate" with the SFA tests.

I understand and agree with your point regarding recovery. Actual recovered metal ton after ton will eliminate all the debate about the value or consistency of this assay or that certification. Then it's metal on the table time. No more debates. And the higher the concentration, the less important the "economic" discussion is as well.

Knowing that the individual in charge has worked with Bromine recovery before is very exciting. If he has seen the ore, worked with the ore and is still there working hard to bring this demo plant on line, in my mind, he can only be doing it because he feels it is worth his time. I'm not sure what he is getting paid, but to work in Death Valley in the middle of the desert in some of the most extreme temperature swings in the country is NOT something you do for just a steady paycheck.

I'm prepared to wait this out till the end. As are most of the shareholders in my opinion. We are very close to knowing for sure just what FL really holds for its investors. And if they can repeat .26 opt Au ton after ton....well, the wait will have been well worth it.

Thanks again!

Tom

Kim,

<<< The present pilot plant is being reconfigured by a man who has patented and sold a bromine product to a chemical company, and has had experience with bromine production of precious metals. >>>

Sounds a lot like Hewlett of Maxam fame, could you confirm or give a link to the patent?
