U.S CANNOT shut down gaming industry. They could in the worse case scenario stop it in the U.S but that is EXTREMELY unlikely. Some people have the same concerns about gaming as they do about porn on the web, that underage people will use mommy's credit card when they shouldn't. More realistic is that the government might trying regulating it to some degree to: 1.) Keep out the illicit, unscrupulous businesses 2.) Make it harder for underaged people to participate IMO
