Let me take a stab at this...the ad states

"Holding Co ready to reposition and communicate new message..."

1. We know the "Salesman" can run DST & Micronet business, therefore the "new message" IMO may not be these products, there fore director of Corporate Com is to "address" new prod or service of other ampex divisions. Mike Cooper, the "salesman" is focused on business to business with these present products.

2. All strategic partners are not anounced, yet, according to 10Q some of the strategic partners include those dealing with DST. Not trying to "twist" my words, new strategic partners will "play" on expanded uses of DST & Micronet (e.g. web casting, broadcasting) giving boost, confirmation to AXC other new "products" & "services" per consumer audience BECAUSE the strategic partners IMO are consumer household names...

3. Background in ad states a plus will be consumer "product" marketing and or e-commerce experience. IMO there is a consumer product, has to be. "Cousin Eddie" stated in '96 annual report of unbundling component technology to address market where products are sold in millions...Everything has not been revealed in detailed and may not until...UNTIL APRIL at the NASB show in Las Vegas...

4. Again, not to "twist" my words...community based TV on the Web narrow casting is "consumer" oriented. IMO the consumer product will be marketed to those tuning in...e.g. all the school science teachers and students tuning in, "correspond" / "interact" with Senator/Astronaut John Glenn.

Summary - yes the ad looks like a dead end job, yes need for pizzas are there, yes I read where Ray Dolby worked for years for peanuts to achieve EXcellance for AMPex audio...there a kids willing to say "I work for AMPEX"

- AND, theorizing the genius ($$$$) of "Cousin Eddie's" latest coup de ta on BSCT.com, there is more, significantly more to come that will address the multi-multi-multi-multi BILLION dollar consumer (Ampex Entertainment) markets...

- AND, think this one...Micronet's valuation vs Network Attahed Storage (NAS) valuation and the multi billion dollar market these players and that product (Fiber Flex with Genesis) is becoming the front runner in...genius (opportunist) for $$$$.

Somebody else take a stab on the theories, we don't discriminate...

Everybody should watch thursday opening & friday's closing...we will closing at or over $ 6...gut feeling, just gut...300 per cent over last friday's close...and still more, much more to come...
