It looks like sequential product revenues are up 25.6% ! That is the number that Gabriel came up with as necessary for CPQ to make their target. Gabriel also thought that they would hold their SG&A at $1,581 and they came in at $1,561. Little did he know that they could cut their tax rate and costs to get the number they wanted. <GG>

Looks like service cost is up 13.9% sequentially. However, their service revenues are up 13.4%. A slight but significant erosion of margin.

Actually, I am not happy to see this going on again. I hope that IBM, HWP and the other companies did not do this sort of thing.

I think that INTC may have scheduled its new product releases to avoid what happened last year in the aftermath of the inventory glut.
